Immunogenomics.io is the data portal for the Raychaudhuri Lab, where I built interactive browsers for the primary genomics data behind the lab’s published studies. Instead of digging through supplementary files, readers can open a study and explore the underlying bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, and mass cytometry data directly in the browser.
I developed many of the visualizations on this site with R and Javascript, designing each one around the specific dataset and the biological question of the paper it accompanies. The goal is to make published data genuinely reusable — easy to explore, easy to link to, and available the moment a study comes out.
